Becky's background
Becky has spent a career working in small business finance.
She has a BS in Business Administration from CU Boulder with areas of emphasis in Accounting and Entrepreneurship / Small Business Management.
Her work has included Small Business Administration (SBA) guaranteed loans, a program that required understanding technical rules and applying them to a wide variety of lending situations. In this work, she taught colleagues and borrowers the rules including sharing the source documents supporting policies.
With a strong belief in public service, Becky has spent countless hours volunteering in a large variety of settings. Her focus has been on financial literacy and small business' access to capital.
