We serve the public.

Let's have frequent meetings to discuss what the Assessor can do to improve its service to the community.  This may be website improvements and increased data access.  

Let's talk about what public data we want to more easily access.  We will also talk about why any would restrict any of it.

Everyone should be able to understand their valuation and the underlying data used to establish it.  We can create opportunities for community education about the process.

If the Assessor and the property owner  disagree about the value, the owner should have clarity about the appeal process and their rights.

We will continue our outreach to make sure all eligible property owners receive this benefit.

We will look into creating opportunities to notify recipients of this benefit if funding is threatened.  

Let's review how we communicate information.  Can we simplify it?  Are there better  ways to communicate?
